To celebrate International Women's Day, YWCA wrote a piece for a specially-commissioned Sunday Telegraph supplement. 'Bridging the Gap' is the first feature in the supplement and in it we pay tribute to the thousands of young women who overcome seemingly insurmountable odds to get a place on the career ladder.

Following the success of More than one rung, YWCA continues to campaign on behalf of young women to increase the national minimum wage.
