The run takes place on Sunday 6 September 2009.

London royal parks half marathon

Girls jumpingRunners of all abilities take part in the London royal parks half marathon. You'll meet experienced runners as well as those who are new to running and want to challenge themselves for a good cause.

The scenic route passes through London’s parks and takes in sights such as Buckingham Palace, Marble Arch and Hyde Park to keep you motivated along the way.

There will be a food and fitness festival on the day to give your friends and family plenty to see and do while you're running.

To guarantee your place we ask you to pay a £40 entry fee, and you’ll need to commit to raising a minimum of £300 sponsorship.

Supporting you along the way

If you decide to run for YWCA we'll be there along the way to provide you with support and encouragement. We'll give you:

  • a fundraising guide with useful tips and resources to help you with your fundraising
  • a personalised online fundraising page
  • sponsorship forms, posters and t-shirts
  • YWCA support team on the day to cheer you on

If you would like to take part or find out more please contact us at supporters@ywca.org.uk or call us on 01865 304205.
